SMS Terms & Conditions

By providing your mobile phone number to Northwest Care LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you consent to receive SMS text messages from us for informational and employment-related purposes.
1. Types of Messages
You may receive SMS messages related to:
- Job application updates
- Interview scheduling
- Employment onboarding steps
- Shift reminders and scheduling notifications
- Internal employee communications
- Appointment or care meeting confirmations (if applicable)
We do not send promotional or marketing text messages.
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with us, but typically does not exceed 5 messages per week.
3. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Northwest Care is not responsible for any charges incurred.
4. Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

6. Consent
By submitting your phone number through our job application form, onboarding documents, or other written consent forms, you agree to receive SMS communications as described above. Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of employment or service.
