About Northwest Care
Northwest Care LLC is a residential care organization in Oregon dedicated to supporting adults with disabilities in a stable, respectful, and home-like environment. We provide 24-hour care that prioritizes dignity, independence, and individualized support. Our teams work closely with clients so daily needs are met while fostering growth, community involvement, and meaningful life experiences. We value consistency, professionalism, and compassionate caregiving, and we strive to create homes where both clients and staff feel safe, supported, and empowered.
Core Services
Our core service is around-the-clock residential care for adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, tailored to each person's goals and needs. These services are delivered in homes that are clean and well organized.
We offer OIS training that emphasizes Positive Behavior Supports, prevention, and safe responses to challenging behaviors. Use the link below to book a time in one of our upcoming trainings. Need to train a large group? Please contact us for scheduling.
Northwest Care is preparing to add person-centered DSA services designed to support client choice, safety, and community access, with a focus on clients who need wheelchair van transportation. We are not currently licensed for DSA and will share updates as that offering becomes available.
Training
We offer both OIS certification as well as First Aid/CPR classes on a monthly basis. Schedule your training today!
Note: Northwest Care instructors can certify up to belt+shirt level. If higher-level certification is needed, contact an approved senior instructor.
